* All lens will be bubble-wrapped before mailing out, pretty-eoslens will not be liable for any broken bottles.

*Please make payment before closing date after you had received our invoice/confirmation order from us. We will cancel your order/blacklist without notice if you fail to make payment within the stipulated time.
*Do NOTIFY us via email once you have bank in the payment to our account by attaching a snapshot of the transaction receipt. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your order(because we do not know whether you have made ur payment)
*Goods sold are not refundable, replaceable or exchangeable. Please decide clearly before placing an order, and buy at your own risk.*We will not be liable/responsible for any damages/lost of items during delivery via Singpost services.
**Please check with your optician whether your eyes are suitable for wearing contact lenses(especially if this is your first time). We only guarantee that these lenses are authentic but we cant guarantee your eyes are suitable for these lens. Strictly no refund for discomfort of lens. Buy at your own risk.

By ordering on this site, you have read and agree to our terms and conditions. We are not liable for any discomfort, infections or injuries caused by contact lens wear. Prior to ordering, please seek attention from your optometrist regarding the prescriptions and health conditions of your eye.

PAYMENT AND COLLECTION METHOD

- ATM Transfer to POSB SAVINGS 170-38309-5
(do provide me with a snapshot of transaction receipt, else payment will not be verified)
- I-Banking (do provide me with your IB nick and reference number so I can track the payment.)
2) Collection Method
- Self-collection/Meet up (Free)
Time and place will be stricty scheduled against my availability.
- Normal postage ($1.50)
Please top up $0.50 for third pair of lens onwards.
Normal postage are not encouraged as it cannot be tracked. Pretty-eoslens will not be responsible of any missing parcels that are lost/misplaced using Normal mail. It will take 2-3 working days for the item to reach your mailbox. Once again, I will not be responsible for any delays/damage by the postal service.
- Registered Postage ($3.40)
Please top up $1 for third lens onwards as the price of Registered Postage differs by the weight of item.
Registered Mail comes with a tracking code to ensure your parcel's safety. I will not be responsible for lost packages or packages delayed by the postal service.
